Terms and Conditions
Payment and Cancellation
- Reservation form should reach organizers by September 1, 2026 for inclusion in printed materials.
- Full payment must be made in INR on or before September 1, 2026.
- Prices are exclusive of 18% GST.
- Written confirmation/receipt provided upon full payment.
- Cancellation requests must be in writing. If received by September 15, 2026, 25% will be deducted. No refunds after September 15, 2026.
Exhibition Space
- Floor space assigned by stall type sponsored, on a first-come basis.
- Details of stalls' set-up and location assigned before the conference.
- Sponsors must not damage venue tables, chairs, or areas; sponsor is liable for reimbursements.
Liability
- Organisers are not liable if conference is cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances (force majeure).
- Exhibitors are responsible for their own materials/equipment and should carry insurance to cover theft, damage, injury, or liability.
