- Payment will be processed in the local currency after conversion from USD to INR.
- All participants (authors, co-authors, non-authors) must register individually.
- Each complete registration allows only one paper.
- Author registration includes one free paper. Extra papers must be added and paid for.
- All papers must be registered. Unregistered papers will not be included in the program.
- All registration categories include access to technical sessions, welcome reception, inauguration, closing ceremony, daily working lunches, and conference banquet.
- Cancellation Policy: The registration fee is non-refundable.
