1. LENGTH AND COLUMN FORMAT

Length: Manuscript must be strictly between 2 and 5 pages (inclusive of figures, tables, and references).

Format: Must use the 2-column layout. Papers outside these limits must be rejected.

2. TEXT AND APPEARANCE

Language: The entire paper must be in English.

Font: Use Times-Roman or Computer-Modern fonts. Size should be between 10 and 12 points.

Title & Authors: The TITLE should be in **BOLDFACE ALL CAPITALS**. Author lists must exactly match the online submission form.

3. STRUCTURE AND CITATION

Headings: Major headings must be BOLD CAPITAL and centered. Subheadings should be underlined or boldface.

References: All references must be numbered and cited in square brackets (e.g., [1]).

Illustrations: Must be clear, captioned, numbered, and positioned within designated margins. They should be legible if printed in black-only.

4. INTEGRITY POLICIES (MANDATORY)

Reviewers must confirm the paper is **original**.

The paper must **NOT contain plagiarized material**.

The paper must **NOT be submitted to any other conference** at the same time (double submission).
